Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Ngāpuhi Kākahu ships internationally so you can represent the kaupapa wherever you are in the world.


Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from Aotearoa (New Zealand).


Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this time may not be possible. Once your order arrives, you can still return it for a full refund (see Returns section below).


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, and Afterpay coming soon.


When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in New Zealand. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays or busy periods. We process orders Monday to Friday, and most orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the order date, then shipped the next working day.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Within New Zealand: Orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days.

International orders: Delivery can take 2–4 weeks depending on your location and customs processing times.


What if I don't receive my order?

If you don’t receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at merchandise@ngapuhi.org so we can help.


Will I be charged customs or taxes?

All prices on our site are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). For international orders, your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees once your package arrives. These costs are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Ngāpuhi Kākahu is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs. For more details, please check with your local customs authority.


How do I return an item?

Please contact us at merchandise@ngapuhi.org with your order number and details of the item you’d like to return. We’ll provide instructions to send it back.


What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us immediately if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all relevant details when you email us. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds are usually processed by your bank within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve the cancellation. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund appears on your account.
